You can delete your WorkIsHere account at any time, in the app or on this page. Deleting it signs you out on every device and can’t be undone.

How to delete it
In the WorkIsHere app on your phone: open More (or Profile), then tap Delete account.
On the web: sign in and use the form on this page. You can also reach it from Profile in the menu.
What is deleted
Everything that belongs to your account alone:
- Your sign-in: your e-mail address, your password and any Apple or Google sign-in.
- Your profile: your name, phone number and language.
- The location and auto-pilot consents you gave.
- Your notifications.
- Your devices: reminders and location checks stop reaching your phones and browsers.
What the businesses keep
Each business you worked for keeps its own records of your work: your name and e-mail address on its staff list, your attendance (check-in and check-out times and the location taken at those moments), your leave and working-hour requests, and its audit log, which also notes when you accepted each notice.
The business keeps these as its employment records and decides how long to keep them. Location reports are still deleted automatically after 30 to 90 days. To have the rest corrected or deleted, ask the business.
If you own a business
A business needs an active owner. If you are its only owner, first make someone else an owner or archive the business in its settings. If it has a paid subscription, cancel it on its billing page first.
