Auto-pilot: automatic check-in and check-out
People who turn on auto-pilot are checked in when they arrive during their working hours. When they leave, they are checked out at the time they left, unless they are back within the wait the owner sets.

- Arrive early and you are checked in when your check-in window opens.
- Back within the wait (10 minutes by default, 5 to 60): the shift goes on.
- No working hours set: auto-pilot asks, and never checks in by itself.
- Owners can turn it off for the whole business. Automatic check-ins are marked Auto.
Check-in by location, no card reader
Mark each workplace on a map and draw a circle around it. People tap “I entered” and “I’m leaving”; the phone reads its location and the server measures the distance to the site.
- The circle allows for GPS error, with up to 100 m added to the radius.
- Check-ins from outside the circle, with weak GPS or a wrong phone clock are flagged for review. Strict mode refuses check-ins from outside the circle.
- Checking out is never blocked, even without a location.
- During a shift, location checks at random moments take one tap to answer.
Live board: who is at work now
See who is inside, who has stopped sending a location and who is outside, grouped by site and refreshed every minute.
- Today’s check-ins, check-outs and sessions that closed themselves.
- Close someone’s session with a note, and they are told.
Working hours and late arrival alerts
Give each person a weekly pattern with up to two blocks a day, overnight shifts included, and exceptions for single dates.
- A person who has not checked in when their shift starts gets a reminder.
- Owners and managers are told who has not arrived.
- A reminder goes out when a shift has ended and the session is still open.
- People can ask to change their hours for a date.
Leave tracking
People request annual, sick, unpaid or hourly leave from their phone. An owner or manager approves it in one tap, or declines it with a note.
- Overlapping requests are blocked.
- A manager’s own request goes to an owner.
- Approved leave shows on the day view.
Day view and corrections
Any day on one screen: who worked and for how long, who was late, absent or on leave, and which location checks were missed.
- Correct a session’s times with a reason, and the person is told.
- Forgotten sessions close after 14 hours by default and wait for review.
Several sites and branches
Draw a circle for each branch, warehouse or site. People check in at whichever one they are at, and each site can have its own time zone.

People, roles and invites
Owners, managers and employees each see what they need. Invite someone with a one-time link shared on WhatsApp, as a QR code or by copying it.
- Pause, archive or restore a person; their records are kept.
- Record hourly rates with the date they start.
Audit log
Changes to the business, sites, people, pay rates, attendance and leave are logged with who made them, when, why, and the values before and after.
- Entries cannot be edited or deleted.
Notifications
Push notifications and an in-app inbox for leave, late arrivals, corrections, access changes and auto-pilot check-ins.
Privacy and your rights under KVKK and the GDPR
Location is read only while someone is checked in, or at the workplace edge with auto-pilot. Each person gives consent first, and businesses never see each other’s data.

Questions
How does the employee attendance app work?
You mark your workplace on a map. Your people check in and out from their phones, with a tap or automatically with auto-pilot, and the server confirms they are inside the circle. You see it all on the live board.
Do I need a card reader or any hardware?
No. People use their own phones.
Are people tracked all the time?
No. Without auto-pilot, location is read only while someone is checked in. With auto-pilot, the phone reports only when it crosses the workplace circle. The route is never recorded.
Does it work on Android and iPhone?
Yes, in the browser of any phone today. The iPhone and Android apps, with auto-pilot, are coming soon.
What about KVKK and the GDPR?
Each person consents before their first check-in and can ask their employer to see, correct or delete their data. The privacy page explains what is recorded and for how long.
How are part-time staff billed?
A part-time person takes one seat, like anyone else. Pause seasonal staff between seasons and they take none.
How many people can I track for free?
The owner plus one seat, with every feature and no card. Each further seat is $1 a month.
