Questions
Does it prove who checked in, like a fingerprint?
Not in the same way. A fingerprint confirms the finger; WorkIsHere confirms that the check-in came from the person’s own account and phone, at your workplace. For most businesses that is enough, without holding anyone’s biometric data.
What about KVKK and the GDPR?
WorkIsHere processes no biometric data. It records location with each person’s consent and keeps location reports only for the period your plan allows. The privacy page explains the details.
Can we use both during the switch?
Yes. Invite your team with a link, run both for a while, then retire the reader.
