Questions
How do workers join?
Send each one a one-time invite link on WhatsApp or as a QR code. They open it on their phone, create an account and join. No invitation email is sent.
What happens when a site closes?
Archive the site. It no longer shows for check-in, and all its records stay in the history and the audit log.
Does it work without mobile data?
No. Checking in and out needs a mobile data connection, because the server records and confirms each one.
